The operational side of Pillar 2 - from data to deadlines.
I work as a project manager and de facto lead technical role on global minimum tax (Pillar 2 / GloBE) implementations in multinational groups.
I sit on the internal side of the project: where the regulation meets real data, consolidation systems and deadlines. My job is not to issue a tax opinion, but to bring the project to a state where the data is complete, the tools are configured and the reporting obligations are met on time.
Experience covers groups with ultimate parents in Liechtenstein and operations across many jurisdictions, work on consolidation packages for hundreds of entities, and building custom tools that automate data preparation and control.
What I do day to day.
Project coordination
Running multi-workstream Pillar 2 implementations on milestones, with a risk register and board reporting.
Data and consolidation
Working on group consolidation packages and building a consistent, auditable data trail across hundreds of entities.
Calculation tooling
Configuring and running Pillar 2 platforms and validating results on the group data.
Automation
Custom tools (Python) for extraction, consolidation and monitoring of regulatory change.
Knowledge management
Notion as the central project knowledge hub - procedures, data registers, notes.
Advisor coordination
Coordinating external advisors and keeping scope and budget under control.
Coordination and implementation - not tax advice.
